Account Setup and Initial Configuration
When you create an account on totomacaupools, we collect your email, phone number, name, and residential address. This data is used for account recovery, payment verification, and compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. We store this information on encrypted servers and never share it with third parties without your explicit consent or legal requirement.
During signup, you set a strong password—we recommend using a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. This password is hashed (encrypted) immediately upon creation; even our staff cannot see it. If you forget your password, you can reset it via email or phone verification within seconds. We never store passwords in plain text.
After account creation, your profile appears in the totomacaupools app or browser. On mobile, tap the account icon (usually in the top-right corner) to access your profile menu. From there, you can navigate to account settings, payment methods, transaction history, notification preferences, and security options. All settings changes are logged and encrypted.
Two-Factor Authentication and Password Security
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor verification (2FA) on your totomacaupools account. This adds an extra layer of protection: when you log in from a new device, we send a one-time code to your registered phone or email. You enter this code before accessing your account, preventing unauthorised access even if someone has your password.

Change your password regularlyBest practice

Review login historyAudit trail
In Account settings, view a log of every login to your account, including device type, IP address, and timestamp. If you see an unfamiliar login, change your password immediately and contact support.

Log out from other devicesRemote logout
In Security settings, you can remotely log out from all active sessions except your current one. This is useful if you suspect account compromise or if you use multiple devices.
Payment Methods and Deposit Settings
On totomacaupools, you can register multiple payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each method is stored securely and encrypted separately from your account balance. We do not store full payment details; instead, we store encrypted tokens that your payment provider recognises.
Adding and Managing Payment Methods
To add a payment method, go to Account Settings > Payment Methods and select your preferred option. For e-wallets like mobile banking and local payment, you authenticate via your e-wallet app. For bank transfers, we generate a unique virtual account tied to your totomacaupools account. You can delete payment methods anytime, but we recommend keeping at least one active for withdrawals.
During deposit or withdrawal, select your payment method from the list. Your chosen method appears on your transaction history with the last four digits masked for security. We log every payment attempt—successful or failed—so you can audit your deposit and withdrawal activity.
- Add online payment / e-wallet
- Select the e-wallet in settings and authenticate through the app. We confirm ownership and link your account.
- Add mobile banking
- No registration needed. During deposit, scan the QR code with any banking app. We link the bank account automatically.
- Add Bank Transfer
- We generate a virtual account (VA) for local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking. Transfer funds to that VA, and we match the deposit to your account.
- Remove a Method
- In Payment Methods, tap the method, and select Delete. You cannot delete your only active payment method; add another first.
Notification Settings and Push Alerts
totomacaupools sends push notifications for account events: login alerts, deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, bet settlements, and league match kickoffs (Liga 1, Piala AFF, etc.). You control which notifications you receive and how often. On mobile, we send notifications in real time; on desktop, notifications appear in your browser if you are logged in.
KYC Verification and Identity Management
Before your first withdrawal, totomacaupools requires identity verification (KYC). In Account Settings, go to Verification and upload a photo of your national ID card, passport, or equivalent, along with proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement). We encrypt these documents and store them separately from your account to comply with payment partner security standards.
Our verification team reviews your documents within a standard review window. We check that your photo matches your face, that your name on the ID matches your account name, and that your address is current. If we need clarification, we contact you via the phone or email you registered. Once verified, you can withdraw; verification status appears in your Account Settings under Verification Status.
Transaction History and Account Audit
Every transaction on totomacaupools—deposit, withdrawal, bet, win, or payout—is logged in your transaction history. On mobile, tap Account > Transactions to see a chronological list. Each entry shows the date, time, type (deposit/withdrawal/bet), amount, and status. You can filter by date range or transaction type to find specific activity.
We keep transaction records indefinitely. You can export your transaction history as a file for personal accounting or auditing purposes. This data is encrypted during download and is for your eyes only. We use transaction logs for compliance, fraud detection, and to resolve disputes if you ever question a transaction.
Account Recovery and Password Reset
If you forget your password, use the login page's "Forgot Password" link. We send a reset email to your registered email address; click the link within the validity period, set a new password, and log back in. The reset link expires after a set time for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a resend.
If you lose access to your registered phone or email, contact our support team via live chat or email (address on the Legal Notice page). Our team verifies your identity by asking security questions or requesting a copy of your identity document, then helps restore access. Account recovery takes standard response windows; during holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, processing may be slower.

Our English-language support team is available via live chat (widget on the app or website) and email. We respond to account setting questions, verification issues, and payment problems within standard response windows. If you wish to access your full account data (GDPR and privacy law rights), request data deletion, or have privacy concerns, contact our support team.
